1. Overview:

Our Social Media Marketing (SMM) Panel offers an Affiliate Program (Refer a friend) to reward individuals and businesses for referring new customers to our platform. This program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our services and driving traffic and sales to our website. By participating in our Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility:

Everyone can apply to become affiliates (Refer a friend) of Foloplus. Approval for the program is subject to our review and discretion. We reserve the right to deny or revoke affiliate status if we deem the applicant or affiliate's promotional methods to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or conflicting with our values and policies.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities:

Affiliates must promote our SMM Panel in a respectful, ethical, and transparent manner.

Affiliates are responsible for creating their own promotional materials and content for marketing purposes.

Affiliates should not engage in any misleading or false advertising regarding our services or benefits.

Affiliates must not engage in any form of spam, including email or social media spam, to promote the affiliate links.

Affiliates should familiarize themselves with our SMM Panel's offerings, features, and benefits to accurately represent our services.

We will ask you to provide us how you promote to our website, in social media, blogs, videos..

4. Commissions and Payouts:

Affiliates will earn a percentage-based commission on the net sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

Commission rates, calculation methods, and payout schedules will be communicated to affiliates upon approval to the program.

Payouts will be made through Folo+ Balance or Cryptocurrency USDT, subject to a minimum payout threshold.

Commissions will only be earned on verified and completed sales resulting from genuine customer referrals.

Commissions will not be paid for self-referrals or fraudulent activities.

5. Affiliate Tracking and Reporting:

Our SMM Panel will provide affiliates with access to a personalized dashboard containing affiliate link tracking, referral data, and commission information.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their affiliate links are correctly implemented and tracked to ensure accurate commission calculation.

6. Termination of Affiliate Status:

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this policy or engaging in fraudulent or unethical activities.

Termination may result in the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions and we will suspend your account.

7. Program Changes and Updates:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, its terms, and commission rates at our discretion.

8. Agreement and Acceptance:

By applying and participating in our Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this policy and any additional guidelines.
