We take the most question's about Panel

Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount. Example: You bought an order with quantity 10000 and charges 10$, let's say we delivered 9000 and the remaining 1000 we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 1000 (1$ in this example).

REFILL - If Followers / Subscribers / Any Service dropped than total  quantity you placed , then we will send Followers / Subscribers / Any  Service to you again with FREE of Cost. For Some Services we provide  REFILL Button (Which works in 24-72HRS) . After Refill Completed You  need to wait 24HRS again to use it.

We will mention REFILL Period for All Services ,  Only REFILL will be Available in Mentioned 7/15/30/45/60/99/265/325 Days  , Which we mention in Description for Every Service. In this Period  only REFILL can be Available. You cant do Refill After the End of REFILL  Date.

HOW REFILL WORKS -                   
Please check Start Count , If Followers / Subscribers / Any Service is less than start count then order will get REJECTED .

If Followers / Subscribers / Any Service is more than the total quantity from start count then also it will get REJECTED

Only REFILL WORKS - If Followers / Subscribers /  Any Service dropped after the start count and less than the total  quantity then order will get REFILL in 24-78Hrs.

EXAMPLE :                    
START COUNT = 250 ,TOTAL QUANTITY = 1000                   
so it will be 1250 , after 24hrs refill will work only if it Decreased upto 280 from 1250 , then only REFILL will gets active

If Followers / Subscribers / Any Service is more than 1250 then it will get REJECTED                   
If Followers / Subscribers / Any Service is less than 250 (start count ) then also REJECTED

Likes,Subscribers, Followers, Views... in some services get dropped, why? because social media platform detect it when it's updated their algorithms and removed it, if it have refill we will do refill for your if not "NO Refill" we can't do anything about this. Folo+ tries hard to have stable services in the market.

Start count is the number of current followers, likes, views the page / post have which you order.  Example: Your Instagram page  have 1000 followers now. If you order followers service on our website  then the order start count will be 1000

Order will consider as completed if video removed Order will consider as completed if start count goes down after place order

Refill : means that when your order get dropped (Likes,Views, Followers...), we will refill it again.

No Refill : means that when your order get dropped (Likes,Views, Followers...), we can't refill it or refund you.

It depends on our servers and the service you choose, sometimes it takes 1-15 minutes for some Services, then if you didn't receive your order, the average of all Services takes 1 - 48 hours which is the real-time takes. if time passes and you don't receive anything the order will be canceled automatically and the balance will be funded, then start New Order.

Generally, wrong orders are canceled and returned. In addition, your orders will be canceled if they are against the service rules. There can be many reasons for cancellation. Some of those; entering the wrong link, hiding the profile, sending it to restricted accounts, etc. Please check the link and service you are dealing with, make sure the profile is not private.

Unfortunately, No you can't stop or edit the order once you sent it, the system is seeing the order like is completed and we cant refund you of the price of service you chose.

That's why you should read description before you order any service.

if your orders still In progress that's mean isn't finished, it's take sometime it depends on services you choose, before your orders be completed.
